Senior US State Department official David Stilwell on Thursday December 12th said the US was fed up with North Korea’s “ill-advised” behaviour and did not want it to resume, Reuters reported.

Stilwell, assistant secretary of state, said the US had heard threats from North Korea, adding that such behaviour obstructs President Donald Trump’s desire to help Pyongyang develop its economy.

After Pyongyang said it had carried out a "successful test of great significance", US President Donald Trump warned on Sunday, December 8th that North Korean leader Kim Jong Un could lose "everything" if he resumes aggressions towards the United States and that his country must denuclearize, AFP reported.
