Germany, Britain and France said on Monday, November 11th, they would consider reimposing UN sanctions over Iran, as they expressed concerns by Tehran’s decision to resume uranium enrichment at the Fordow plant, Reuters reported.

A joint statement by the three countries warned Iran that this decision made their efforts to ease tensions in the region more difficult.

They also called on Iran to adhere to the 2015 nuclear accord and to fully comply with the international atomic watchdog after one of its inspectors was detained in October.
